December 13, 2016 The Trip Of A Lifetime
An entire now outlook on life and my role on Earth. A newfound appreciation for other cultures. A deeper understanding of myself and my thoughts. A desire to continually see and experience new places and things. The heightened moral obligation to empathize and stand up for those less fortunate than myself. Yes, very worth it. - University of Arkansas - Fayetteville View Entire Review

I learned to believe in myself again. After going through a rough semester before I came, I was coming to Cyprus needing to be rejuvenate and to build myself up again. I chose the Semester in Europe program with Global Semesters mainly because of how many countries it would allow me to visit. The perfect combination of a whirlwind of cultures, countries, landmarks and adventures based out of the under-rated exotic landscape of the island of Cyprus. Get to spend much less time worrying about academics and more time focusing on the unique worlds around you. - Marymount Manhattan College View Entire Review

"Overall the semester was great. The univ. is in the worst city in Cyprus and the district is boring, would be better almost any other city in Cyprus. Spring break was the best part although it was rushed." - University of Nicosia View Entire Review

Absolutely love the employees of global semesters!!! However, I did feel that Cyprus is not the ideal study abroad location. It's hard to explore the rest of the island and stay busy due to the limits of transportation. I would recommend a global semesters but not studying in Cyprus. Overall, I don't regret studying in Nicosi... - Bethel University View Entire Review

I throughly enjoyed my time in Cyprus with GLS. The classes weren't too strenuous, as the professors know that most of our learning was taking place outside of the classroom. "Choosing to study abroad in Cyprus through Global Semesters was the best decision I could've made. Although the academics are not nearly as challenging as schools in America, I was able to learn by being in a new culture with different types of people. Being able to travel while abroad was by far the best part of the program... - Washington State University View Entire Review
