About
AIESEC’s Global Talent program connects students and recent graduates to paid work opportunities and unpaid internships across the world. This process is entirely student-operated with AIESEC members working to produce the best quality exchanges possible. Our goal is to send 1000 more young people in the United States on programs that will develop professional skills and a global mindset. Each internship lasts between 6 and 11 weeks, and work opportunities last between 3 and 18 months.
