"I stepped out of my comfort zone every time I went to a new activity or decided to spend time exploring the city. I didn't notice at first, but my Spanish listening and speaking skills have improved and I can understand/speak the unique Chilean jargon. I would say that this is one of the outcomes that I am most proud of. "

"Because I've gotten such a strong education at Wellesley, I knew that I wanted my abroad experience to have a solid academic component. "I was so happy to be able to travel to other European countries. It can cost an arm and a leg to travel to other countries since the US is isolated so it was nice to travel to places like Croatia, Germany, etc. for only $30-$40.
