Overall Experience
I learned important journalism skills from my internship, which will be a big help in my career goals. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I gained different perspectives and was encouraged to think more analytically. It was worth it because I would not have learned that in an American institution. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
The differences in laws that I as an american may take for granted sometimes. Absolutely worthwhile - Trinity University View Entire Review
I had an amazing internship that taught me about my field in general and about how London views psychology. I also got to experience so many amazing cultures and learn how to be independent no matter where I am - Brandeis University View Entire Review

For my major, I think it would have been better for me to go straight into the LCF study abroad program than through Arcadia. I have to take a class that I didn't need and I only used Arcadia for the internship which I could have done myself. - The University of Texas at Austin View Entire Review
Since I was on the internship program I did not have the typical "party every day" experience that a lot of people have. Partially, because no student living in London can afford to have that kind of life, but also because work and classes kept me busy and wore me out during the week. It was amazing to live in a big city, even t... - Trinity University View Entire Review
I learned a lot about how to be stable on my own and how to manage a real world job. I can't really pin point how it impacted my life but I definitely feel like I grew up as a person. - Trinity University View Entire Review

London is an amazing city with lots to offer, and doing an internship while abroad only made it better. I learned what the workplace environment is like London. My internship wasn't ideal but it taught me valuable lessons. I also lived in a huge metropolitan area for the first time and realized its perks and struggles. - The University of Texas at Austin View Entire Review
A student studying abroad with Arcadia: London - London Internship
Living on my own in a foreign country pushed me to get outside my comfort zone and discover things about myself I wouldn't have at home. I gained a new sense of independence and I know I can do anything I put my mind to. I learned how to rely on myself and navigate a new country by myself. I love telling people at home about the... - Trinity University View Entire Review

I learned a lot from my courses and internship but the most valuable things I took away from my experience was from traveling and learning how to navigate in unfamiliar cities.
