"I have had a great time while in Rome. I had no idea what I was getting into when I got here, but CEA Rome was a small, American program that genuinely cared about our time and experience in Italy. I enjoyed the small classes, like at my home institution, with other American students, so we were all on the same page and not lost..."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my experience abroad. First of all, there was the fact that I experienced an entirely new educational system that required one on one interaction with my tutors and intense essay writing, which really improved my writing skills. The program is completely manageable as long as you are not looking for a "typic..."

"I gained and learned so much from my experience abroad. I not only learned that I was independent enough to live by myself in a place where I knew no one, I also learned how to travel on my own and to not be afraid to take a few risks and experience new things. I believe that it was all worthwhile and would do it again. I lear..."

"I learned a lot from my courses and internship but the most valuable things I took away from my experience was from traveling and learning how to navigate in unfamiliar cities. I came home with a sense of independence and greater appreciation for other cultures. "

"I gained so much from my experience abroad. I learned more about myself and my strengths and weaknesses. I learned how to concern many of my fears including heights. Finally, I learned how to adapt to another culture and learn about many various cultures in Europe. "

"My experience abroad was 100% worth it. I learned that in life you just have to go with the flow and you never know what is going to happen. Unpredictability is a good thing, and you will learn how to deal with things in the blink of an eye. Going abroad makes you gain independence and patience. You also get to see so much of th..."
