"I was able to take very interesting classes that gave me a good introduction to French society that was complemented with an internship that was relevant to my field of study. I made some really good friends, and was able to live in an environment which made me truly appreciate Paris. "
Pauline D Wellesley College
"I learned to finally have fun and take it easy. The only reason why I would not do this program again is because I felt that I was not academically challenged, and although people say they don't go abroad for the education part of it, I think it was still important to me to have good classes. "
A student Wellesley College
"I gained a new sense of confidence, a greater understanding of my position and privilege as a citizen of the US, and an appreciation for the abundance of resources that I have. I also gained an incredible group of friends that I know will be in my life for a very long time. It was definitely worthwhile. I learned so much about m..."

"I hadn't traveled before so I think it was really great to just be somewhere other than the U.S. and get to know the culture/political climate/way of life. I also was able to travel all over Europe for not very much money, which was awesome."
A student Wellesley College
"Studying abroad in Dunedin was definitely worthwhile! I was given the opportunity to explore and have fun without the typical stress of a college student schedule. On several occasions I was given the opportunity to put school aside and play for a week at a time. I grew in ways and learned new things that I typically wouldn't be..."

"Best five months of my life! During my semester abroad, I became more independent, learned about Scottish culture, and made incredible friends that I'm sure I'll keep for the rest of my life. "While my experience was not very academically challenging, I developed agency and independence over the course of my year abroad. "I learned about a completely different culture other than mine. I'm from El Salvador, a third world country but I was not expecting Japan to be just as difficult as my own country. "I found a new confidence in myself and my ability to converse and make my way around a foreign city.
