"Personally, I grew a lot. I would never take back this experience. However, I wish that I had done a different study abroad experience. I would not recommend it to others because of the disorganization. Please, go through an actual BYU Study Abroad Program. Not this one."

A student Brigham Young University
"It was very worthwhile. I would have wanted to have more friends, and dive deeper into the culture. I made significant leaps in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I feel like the program was designer more for that, and I made greater advances in language skills, which was my aim as well."
Sarah W Brigham Young University
"I learned a lot about culture and about myself. If you don't CHOOSE to get out and do what you want, you'll run out of time. Now that I understand more of the language and more about the culture, I'd be able to communicate better and not have people afraid to talk to me because they fear they won't understand me..."

"Yes. I learned how to be completely comfortable in a country that was very foreign to me. I also learned different ways of thinking about and doing things. I made many friends and am a much more experienced and open-minded traveler. I learned how to tolerate inconveniences and uncomfortable situations with lots of patience."
