I learned more about myself in one year than in my whole life. That and the friends I made make everything worth while. - University of Southern Indiana View Entire Review

About

The University has academic exchange agreements with over 200 universities worldwide.  Since 1995, students at our partner universities have been able to come to Tsukuba on academic exchange for up to a year, under our Junior Year at Tsukuba (JTP) program.  Approximately 100 students per year take advantage of studying at Tsukuba under the JTP program.

Under the JTP scheme, students from a wide range of countries can come to Tsukuba, taking courses taught in English. We have an excellent Japanese language and culture training program, allowing foreign students to improve their Japanese, and learn more deeply about Japan.

With the start of the G30 program, hundreds of new courses in English are now available, from law and economics, through biology, chemistry and geoscience.
