About

This course will be a study of the modern enterprise and its management challenges and struggles through the prism of contemporary global management. Management lessons and learning are meant to be aspirational in nature yet grounded in practice. Our visit to Munich and Prague along with our subsequent class sessions upon our return shall provide us with the ability to synthesize our deep reflections in the area of global management and the vital role of leadership for enterprise sustainability. As the complexity and speed of the enterprise in the 21st century continues to expand at a pace heretofore unknown, our ability to both aspire and adapt while sustaining the “life” of the enterprise and its extension to society is imperative and yet most challenging. We shall touch upon many business disciplines in our course through our visits and case studies.
