Yes, the program was definitely worth while, I just wouldn't do it again because I would want to go somewhere different. But the program itself was great and I learned a lot just from exploring on my own and interacting with the culture and people as I went.

I learned a lot about not only our culture, but the Italian culture as well. And it was great to compare and appreciate what each culture has to offer. |

Great, some hostels were really nice and others weren't. However, we had warm running water and a bed to sleep in so I couldn't complain. |

The food was so good, everything was very fresh. |

I felt well integrated, I met a lot of nice people there who were intrigued by Americans. |

Good, they prepared us for all the health issues before we left for the summer. It was all very accessible. |

Decently, the Euro is just worth more than the dollar so that made it hard sometimes. |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Do not get sucked into vendors and their is a beautiful market in Florence you should save your money for. Also, splitting meals and going to the grocery store is a great way to save! |

The Avid AdventurerThe wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal. |

| Comments: | The whole trip was wonderful, I absolutely loved it and the professor was very knowledgeable and easy going, so that made the trip a lot more relaxed, but still educational. It has given me the desire to travel again and again! |
