About

Tsuda University has established international exchange programs with 24 institutions in the following countries: Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Korea, Mexico, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, and the United States. More than 20 international students enroll every year in Tsuda from overseas institutions.

The Center for International Exchange (CIE) was established for the purpose of expediting international cooperation with overseas institutions and study-abroad programs in 2001. CIE engages in establishing and renewing exchange agreements with institutions abroad. We constantly ensure that exchange agreements meet objectives of students by fostering relationship with partner institutions.

Additionally, CIE provides many services to international students including advice on academic systems, registration for national health insurance, scholarship application, and orientations. We help assign campus accommodations for international students and introduce big sisters who volunteer to assist international students. By collaborating with departments, faculties, and local communities, CIE supports international students including degree seeking students to enhance their educational, cultural, and social experiences to make the most of their stay at Tsuda University.
