Rediscover the Renaissance and the rebirth of antiquity in a city overflowing with art and life! Florence is your classroom as the top researchers and scholars in their fields help you to uncover the connections between history, politics, and creative genius. Course offerings at SU Florence are extensive! Special programs at the center are offered in intensive Italian language, engineering, studio arts, architecture, pre-professional architecture, and cultural cuisine, in addition to a graduate program in Renaissance Art.

Expect to be deeply engaged with your studies and host culture. Field study and site visits within Florence and throughout Italy are integral to the academic program, and your home-stay will round out both your personal and educational experience. There are options for all language levels, and intermediate and advanced Italian language students may take courses at the University of Florence. Consider supplementing your academic program with one of over 30 internships.
