What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how to be creative with the type of meals that I cooked, I spent time venturing out and learned more about the people and the city of Florence. I had the chance to try amazing Italian dishes which has changed my perspective on the importance of eating healthy and well.
