St. Xavier's College, Mumbai (formerly, Bombay) a Jesuit institution announces the   India Studies Expose' - a three week summer course that intends to provide a wide exposure to undergraduate students on culture, history and the prevailing social scenario in the Indian Subcontinent from an urban perspective.This summer course would consist of three credits covering about 45 contact hours in the classroom. The historical and cultural tours / excursions would be additional time spent in the field to provide a first hand exposure to India through the city of Mumbai and the neighboring region. Mumbai is India's financial capital and its largest metropolis
