other people experienced problems, not me, but it was somewhat dangerous

Practiced with host family, French people, instructors; yes, used everyday but most people spoke English immediately because they knew you were american

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? bring clothes for colder weather, even in summer, and always dress nicer than in US
