The University is currently host to 10 international exchange students from universities (including Huron University and Soochow University) which have student exchange agreements with GPWU. These students play a full and active role in the academic and social life of the university.
Each exchange student is assigned two home students (‘tutors’) to help them with their Japanese and with any problems that may arise in their daily life. In 2007, a new Japanese language course for exchange students will be established.
