I grew up a lot. Learned how to adapt, how to take care of my self, how to stay calm in stressful situations. I learned a lot about who I am and what I want. I also learned a lot about what I personally believe. Megan W - Florida State University View Entire Review

About
Valencia, an ancient city that is now Spain’s third largest, is an exhilarating mix of history, art, intellectual activity, and civic pride. The remarkable richness of Spanish culture’s art and architecture reflects on Roman, Visigoth, Moorish, and Aragonese traditions. Having been host to the America’s Cup, Valencia boasts beautiful beaches, a wharf, and busy sailing facilities. Its many museums and historical sites also spread a cultural panorama before students: from El Greco, Goya, and Velazquez to ancient Greek and Iberian ceramics to the wonder of prehistoric fossils. The new Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (City of Arts & Sciences) is a must-see, with its Museum of the Sciences, L’Hemisfèric cinemaplanetarium, the Opera House: Palace of the Arts, and a huge park and aquarium.
Florida State University is especially proud to have its new Study Center located in a restored building in the historic downtown quarter. Renovated with care, remains from historical Valencia combine with a state-of-the-art wireless center that includes classroom space, administrative offices, a computer lab, and self-contained student apartments.
