I had a stellar time abroad in Madrid this past semester, and a large part of that was thanks to CEA. Throughout the semester, the staff were readily available to answer a... Ryan Mellin - Colorado State University View Entire Review

I learned so much about the culture, language and history. I gained a lot of friends during the trip that I know will be life long friendships. The European culture is so important to experience, and it's humbling to learn about other countries history, culture, geography, economy, etc. It is things like these that you cannot learn without going out and seeing it unfold in front of you. That every minute you have can't be taken for granted. Living abroad taught me so much about myself that I would have never been able to learn here at home. It was eye opening to know that in four months I was able to call another city halfway across the world, home. Alexa M - California State University - Fullerton View Entire Review

Now I work in the non-profit field with primarily Spanish-speakers. Studying in Madrid was probably the only college semester that I would call 'fun' so I suppose it was the redeeming aspect of my four years in the Spanish department. As for traveling, my semester in Madrid taught me that living abroad is much better than taking... Alison M - Point Loma Nazarene University View Entire Review
