Since I worked 20 hours a week at my internship with The Walkabout Foundation and only took 3 courses, I felt that most of my experience revolved around my internship. I could not have been placed with a better organization. My placement was organized and a small and rapidly growing non profit organization that raises money for ... This experience taught me how independent I could be. I was perfectly fine just walking around London by myself not really caring where I ended up, which is something I never do in America. This being said I made friendships with people that I am blessed to have met. Nicole G - Arizona State University View Entire Review

I had an amazing time with CAPA International Education in London. Although it was initially daunting to be dropped in the middle of such a huge city with a bunch of random people, it turned out to be one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had in my life. CAPA was really good about trying to get you acclimated to British ... Sarah C - University of Massachusetts Amherst View Entire Review

I learned that you need to trust people. I had so many experiences that I know friends or family may have deemed as unsafe because they involved trusting strangers. People are good, and good people do good to good people. Don't be afraid of what MIGHT happen, because then nothing ever will happen. Be brave, but be smart. There i... The four months that I lived, worked, and studied in London were some of the best and most rewarding experiences of my life. The friendships I made were first and foremost what I feel most lucky to have gained, but also to have had the opportunity to work in my field in another country was an opportunity of a lifetime. I was abl... Emma P - University of Massachusetts, Amherst View Entire Review

I learned so much from my experience abroad that it is hard to pin point on specific moment. Something I would like to touch on would be finding out about the differences in theatre there versus theatre in the United States.
