Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The academic rigor was not as hard compared to Clark, but it was definitely appropriate for a study abroad program! This allowed you more time to travel and explore London more.

On-site administration of your program

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I was very satisfied. I lived in Russel Square, so it was central London and close to everything. It was about a half hour from CAPA, but the neighborhood was very nice and it was an easy travel point to almost anywhere.

The Indian food was amazing! Be sure to get that when you go to London. And, of course, get fish n chips and pasties (spelling?)

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Obviously, if you're only there for about 3.5 months, then you may not consider yourself a Londonder, but I thought I became as integrated as I could have been.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

N/A

I felt very safe in my neighborhood as well as using the Tube and buses elsewhere. Many of the main streets also have signs on the sidewalk that have helpful maps and show where you are on it.

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

It was very easy because Clark's stipend was 75 pounds. Of course, this is essentially your own money anyways.
