Broadreach: Program at Sea - Caribbean Underwater Discoveries Voyage

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
While living on the boat in the underwater discoveries program, I really understood what is was like to become a community with people I had never meet before. There were people from all around the world that I was unsure if I would become really good friends with, but while living is close corders with different people I really saw us come together and form a community, we all soon learned that if one person wasn't contributing then we all had to work together to make sure they did. It inspired me how close we all became.

The Nearly Native or Trail Blazer
Craving the most authentic experience possible, perhaps you lived with a host family or really got in good with the locals. You may have felt confined by your program requirements and group excursions. Instead, you'd have preferred to plan your own trips, even skipping class to conduct your own 'field work.'
