Worth every minute, and made me a better person. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I feel like I've grown a lot as a person over my experience. I've become much more confident along with self-assured in myself and my skills. My interpersonal skills along with my professional skills have all improved while being in a different country and working. It was absolutely worthwhile - Brandeis University View Entire Review
It was definitely worth while, I learned to form my own opinions about people and take what society says with a grain of salt. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
A student studying abroad with Boston University: Dublin - Internship Program
I cemented the idea that a study abroad experience or some general form of close cross-cultural experience abroad is really necessary to developing ideas about my future and about what is important to me. Just staying in Ireland would have been worthwhile enough and the opportunity to travel further and experience a wide variety... - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I developed a connection to my heritage and a new appreciation for what my family did to come to America to provide the life that I live now. I also developed many new perspectives on how the world can operate. - Brandeis University View Entire Review

Past Review This Is Fun
I learned alot about myself and gained experience living on my own while cooking, working, staying in shape, etc. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I learned how to live with a large group of girls and not go insane. I also learned to not have specific expectations when going to a foreign country because those expectations can be totally superficial. And overall, yes, I think it was worth it. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I gained a sense of security in myself that is even different from that at college. I also learned about Ireland and Europe and their cultures in comparison to the US. It was absolutely worthwhile. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I gained an incredible amount of knowledge about the Irish healthcare system, Ireland in general, my family, and myself. I learned I can fend for myself in a foriegn country, navigate around cities I've never before seen, successfully work at an internship in a different country, and most of all, handle the unknown. The experi... - Providence College View Entire Review
I learned a lot about myself, especially how to be alone in a foreign country and advocate for myself. I also made some amazing friends both from Boston University and from my internship in Dublin. I very much think this was worth it and I am so glad I went on this study abroad program. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
Definitely worthwhile, I learned a ton from my internship and Dublin is just an amazing city that I have no real complaints about except cost of living - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I gained a lot of confidence in my ability to do things on my own. That includes traveling, doing everyday activities in a new place, as well as making friends outside of my university bubble. I think this was really worthwhile because I got to challenge myself in a way that I wouldn't have at my home university. That also gave ... - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I learned a lot about Ireland and how to navigate a new city. I do think it was a worthwhile study abroad, though I’m not sure I would have the same opinion of I didn’t like my internship. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
It was worthwhile because we got to live abroad, not just study abroad. The internship integrated us into local society in ways just taking classes couldn't. - Brandeis University View Entire Review

Definitely worthwhile. The internship made it worth it. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
While I did not learned as much (or anything) from my internship, I did learn a lot about independent living and becoming friends with people outside my typical comfort zone, which is very much worthwhile. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
My experience was 100% worthwhile. I learned so much and the experience definitely opened my eyes to global issues. I no longer want to be the ignorant American who knows nothing outside of the U.S. - Trinity University View Entire Review
I got to travel to eight different countries and have real world experience because I had an internship for half of my program. - Trinity University View Entire Review
I gained a better grasp of the world as well as great experiential experience through the internship. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
This program is the cream of the crop as far as study abroad programs go! I made so many American friends and had such a great time traveling all around not just Dublin but all of Ireland as well. The internship phase is awesome because it gets you into the Dublin city life and culture each day! I would highly recommend this pro... - Trinity University View Entire Review
