About
Live in a twin or triple-bedded room in centrally-located hotels throughout the program. Linen, towels and Wi-Fi Internet are provided throughout the program. Daily breakfast and a welcome and farewell meal are included.
You’ll spend 5 nights in Hanoi, 4 nights in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), 4 nights in Phnom Penh and 7 nights in Siem Reap.
Cultural and social activities include:
- Sightseeing tours
- Visit Thang Long Royal Citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
- Vietnamese Water Puppetry show
- Trip to the War Remnants Museum and Chu Chi Tunnels
- Traditional Cambodian cooking class
- Performance by Cambodian Living Arts at the National Museum
- Visit the War Museum and Cambodia Landmine Museum
- Tour of APOPO, an NGO which utilizes “Hero Rats” to detect landmines
- Full-day excursion to Angkor Wat
- Visit Ton Le Sap Lake and Cambodian Cultural Village.
- Program includes fees guaranteed in U.S. dollars, housing, a meal plan and more
- AIFS organized social/cultural activities, excursions and field trips
- Live in Vietnam and Cambodia with accompanying faculty and support for the duration of the program
