The history, culture, music, and proud nationality of where my family name came form. It was priceless for me.

very challenging at times, but the professors where extremely helpful!

Not enough room for cooking as well as to many people per house hold. Also not enough cooking equipment, such as proper cutlery.

Over the counter dugs were difficult to get.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Bring 3,000$ on top of the total cost of the program coast, and it will leave you with plenty to have for a semester.

Craving the most authentic experience possible, perhaps you lived with a host family or really got in good with the locals. You may have felt confined by your program requirements and group excursions. Instead, you'd have preferred to plan your own trips, even skipping class to conduct your own 'field work.'
