The Aachen University of Applied Sciences offers its students a course of study that prepares them excellently for work in modern and future-oriented professions. In addition to the classic STEM subjects such as mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology, the university's range of courses also includes the areas of economics and design. In addition to full-time studies, the approximately 90 bachelor's and master's courses also offer an increasing selection of market-oriented dual courses.
The university focuses on modern teaching, which is based on the latest didactic knowledge and which uses current methods such as e-learning. The FH Aachen strives to be one of the most research-oriented universities of applied sciences in Germany. The competencies are primarily in the future fields of energy, mobility and life sciences. Current research results flow directly into teaching.
Through close cooperation with regional companies, the university and the business community jointly develop products and methods that create added value on site.
