The main thing I have learned is to not take life seriously. It was worthwhile.

I has no health issues during the program. I did need vaccines specifically for the program.

* Safety:

Aix is so safe! There were a lot of time I was walking home alone at 3 in the morning and did not feel unsafe.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

I would have prefer a bigger city.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Plan ahead! Buy airplane/ bus/ train tickets ahead. Book your hostels ahead. Everything should work fine, unless France decided to have strikes.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I knew how small Aix. There wasn't a lot of things for me to do there. I also wished I knew how hard it would be to find classes at Science Po that work with the rest of my schedule. This is not on the Wellesley in Aix program. Organization in the French education system is not the best.
