What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned a new language. I met some great friends. After studying abroad I am looking to either go to Grad School abroad or maybe get a career abroad.

Teaching methods was the same, the workload in some classes were around the same in some of my classes at my host university.

The country overall was pretty much safe just be smart and watch your stuff.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Nothing just be careful of the exchange rate.

I chose to take elementary greek when I was abroad, which was very helpful but most people understood you if you only spoke english.
