What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Best 5 months of my life. I learned alot about other people, about my self, and I grew as a person. I had so much fun, and would re-live it in a second. I met amazing people that I can keep in my life for forever. STUDY ABROAD, even if not in Australia, anywhere. Travel while you are there. Spend all your money, Its worth it, its a once in a life time experience.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The classes were way different then at my home uni, the grades were based on a project and maybe two tests. There wasn't any homework, and most things were due at the end of the semester.

I lived with 2 americans in my house, but there were international students in the complex. It was called international house and it was full of people from all over the world.

Similar to home when you needed it, but many varieties. Good Sushi!!

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I just think living and learning in another country is an experience that you can never do after college. Take advantage, go somewhere where you have always wanted to go. I loved australia.
