My listening skills for Spanish improved during my time abroad, as well as reading signs in Spanish and learning about the Spanish culture and norms. This made the experience worthwhile.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Going abroad is only scary and hard at first. Once you get into a routine and make friends the time goes by fast and is so much fun.
