What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?

My experience was wonderful and I met many life time friends. The people were great and I look forward to traveling the world, and not just back to Australia, to see all these amazing people again.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.	The classes had more of a workload than classes in the US. The teaching methods were similar but tutorials are not a part of the regular curriculum in the US.
* Host Country Program Administration On-site administration of your program	People were very friendly and helpful.
* Housing: How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?	The living arrangements were very strict and I felt like I was some kind of child around most of the faculty and especially the security. The apartments themselves were nice, however, the rules and restrictions that were implemented there were absurd and unfair.
* Food:	The food was delicious.
* Social & Cultural Integration: How integrated did you feel with the local culture?	I met a lot of great friends and had a lot of great times. I will be coming back to Australia for sure in the future.
* Health Care: How well were health issues addressed during the program?
* Safety:	The only time I felt unsafe was when I was hiking through the forest and I saw several poisonous snakes.
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program?	Yes

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget? (1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)
