What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned so much about myself, about the Spanish culture, and about traveling internationally alone. It was more than worthwhile! I wish I didn't have to come home.

Living with a host family was a new experience for me, and I'm so thankful! It was the best way to absorb the culture. My host family and I became best friends!

I always felt safe....honestly, safer than in the US at times.
