About

Study at one of the world's leading universities this summer. The University of Cambridge International Summer Programmes will run from 8 July to 18 August 2018. The programmes have a reputation for excellent teaching, fascinating courses and inspirational lectures and talks. Over 180 courses and seminars make up ten programmes: Business & Entrepreneurship (new), Science, Literature, History, Creative Writing, Art & Visual Culture (new), Ancient and Classical Worlds, Medieval Studies, Shakespeare, and Interdisciplinary. Courses on the Interdisciplinary Programme include international politics and relations, economics, literature, history, philosophy, film, art history and history of science. We also offer a three-week programme in English Law and Legal Methods.

In addition to this mix of subjects and teaching quality, you can choose to stay in one of five historic Cambridge Colleges near the city centre. Programmes are taught at undergraduate level and attract adults from 18 to 80+ from all over the world. Each year, over 20% of applicants have already attended one of our programmes.

Daily classroom sessions allow for close discussion with your course directors and are complemented by morning lectures and evening talks. All are taught by leading Cambridge academics and guest subject specialists. In addition we offer evening talks, concerts, readings, weekend excursions and other social events.

Programmes attract graduates, undergraduates and other adults of all ages and backgrounds. Each year over 60 nationalities are represented.
