As locals would say: Lovely Past Review

University College Cork: Cork - Direct Enrollment & Exchange

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
That's the main question that can be made. People used to say to me that you come back really different when you get to study abroad. I believe that, although I'm not sure about what aspect they talk about. It worth I'm sure of it. You learn that people are really similar, that there is plenty good people around the world, you learn to understand and accept peoples opinions, you learn the language, the culture, to live by yourself (away from your family), you learn to deal with homesickness, that happiness has different faces and learn to value simple things and love simple things of your home country.
