It was really worthwhile because I got to travel all over Europe, experience different cultures and learn how students in Europe are educated.

Getting to see the Palacio Real, puerta de Alcala, Gran Via, and many other places in Madrid.

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? I did a lot of traveling and the housing was pretty expensive. Also the exchange rate didn't help.

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? The program was really good and a great experience that everyone should try but don't get caught up in the whole Madrid Nightlife because it can be bad.
