What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained a lot of independence and trip planning skills as well as knowledge about art and ancient architecture. It was 100% worthwhile.

I got to complete some GEs in a really meaningful way while having a great time and traveling to new places I hadn't been before.

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? I used duolingo pretty much every day for months leading up to my study abroad, and it was really helpful for learning the basics of the language and vocabulary.
