What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Learnt a great deal about myself and how to be much more independent. Also learnt a lot of technical knowledge about my field.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Very organised and offers great opportunities to meet new people and embrace different cultures whilst giving you excellent industry exposure.

Finances

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Most of the time ok but HK is extremely expensive! Sometimes spent a lot more than I wanted.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? Around £50-60
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Don't take your card on nights out.
