Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

I had an amazing trip and Bond University is a great university to attend if you are looking to study abroad. The work load was pretty similar to my home university and the professors were always available to help when needed. The grading system is a little different than home as lower grades are average.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

TEAN was an amazing choice for a program provider. They were always there to help and stayed involved with the students to make sure our trip was everything we wanted it to be. Our advisor was always a phone call away and helped us whenever necessary. She also coordinated many day trips and meetings to help us get more immersed into the Australian culture. Talking to fellow Bond students, it was clear that TEAN's orientation and pre-orientation trips far surpassed any other providers trips. TEAN far surpassed my expectations and helped me in making the last 4 months, the most amazing time of my life! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

The housing provided by TEAN was exceptional. They had plenty of housing to fit everyones needs and wants while abroad. Wether it was living on campus or off campus TEAN made sure everything was taken care of. I lived in the Meriton Serviced Apartments on Broadbeach and it was such an amazing place, a block from the beach, bars, clubs and restaurants and a short bus ride to campus. Everything was provided by the Meriton from bedding and televisions to cookware and furniture. The also had a great pool and gym located right within the building.

* Food:

Food was great in Australia, extremely similar to the United States. There is something for everyone so dont be worried about not liking the food. I would HIGHLY recommend getting kebabs whenever possible. They are amazing!

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

TEAN organized a cultural event to go to a ruby game. It was a great experience to see the game and learn about a huge part of the Australian culture

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

Great!

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)
