I learned a lot about American politics and it has encouraged me to consider a job here.

I lived in the dorms at George Washington University.

It was good. I'd recommend local restaurants.

There is a lot for young people to do in D.C.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

I felt safe, the program director offered contacts for doctors if needed, and my dorm was right near a hospital.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? $40-$50 due, including use of metro.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? The cost of the metro adds up.
