What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I got to understand how Washingtonian power brokers live and interact with one another on a different level. I was able to better understand the proximity between corporate and political interests in America.

The organization and execution of the Dream Careers Staff is flawless! They are very well prepared, and know what to expect.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Ameen and Ammar Shallal, always made sure that items (cookware, etc.) and activities were available for us.

* Food:

There's a rich culmination of food services around the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. We had access to several restaurants under our meal plan such as Subway, Trader Joe's, One Fish, Two Fish, local deli's, and more.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Dream Careers arranged for us to visit state's surrounding the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area such as Maryland and Virginia. My favorite visit was to Maryland, where I got to visit some of America's more historic sites, such as its military academies.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

They're ready and available to assist you to the hospital as necessary.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes
