Study Abroad in Egypt at the American University in Cairo

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Though my experiences with the administrative aspects of AUC haven't been the smoothest or most forthcoming, I came to AUC for the stellar course selection (Anthropology and Linguistics) and have fallen in love with my studies and my professors, all while improving my Arabic and getting to explore Egyptian culture. I would definitely recommend this experience to any other avid learners, storytellers, or those who are simply down for an incredible adventure.
