What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
friendships, and self-discovery. I learned more about other cultures and got to see Egypt from a different point of view. the experience also helped me grow on a personal level.

the housing is nice but sometimes I dislike the shared lounge because it stays dirty.

depends, sometimes it is good and others it is half cooked

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

pretty well but I feel more integrated and interacting with other internationals

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

not the best! I believe it should be improved

so far it is been safe i haven't had any incident where I was not feeling safe

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I am so grateful for meeting a lot of people and being friends with them, I believe that each one of them had a role in making me be who I am now, I got introduced to different cultures and had friends from all over, if I didn't come here I wouldn't get the chance to experience all that.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I am not sure which thing I would have wished to know ahead but I generally love discovering things without knowing anything about them.
