Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Very intensive courses here at AUC, but on the plus side you learn a lot

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

Not as useful or as clear as my home university's resources

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I felt like their were little resources offered to International students as far as off campus housing locations

* Food:

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I handled all of the healthcare issues I had completely alone, I was not made aware of the things the university offered as far as help

* Safety:

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Very good program, easy to facilitate as long as you're okay with doing things independently

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Super cheap here compared to Paris

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? 20 euros
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Just because everything here is much cheaper than in Europe does not mean you should try to make up for the difference and spend more money. The cheaper things here are usually the best (food wise)
