Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? I only spent money on food and souvenirs and I made sure that what I was spending in their currency was not more than I would spend on that item in US Dollars using a currency converter app

A Look Back

  • Tours were sort of rushed, so there was not time to stop in the gift shops and look around
  • A bit disorganized due to miscommunications between the tour guide and tour company

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I knew that I could have packed a lot less in my suitcase. I almost passed the 50 lb luggage limit and I didn't wear some of the clothes that I brought. I would have packed a few versatile outfits and used a wuashateria if I had to do it all again
