Definitely increased my cultural awareness, taught me skills about going our and experiencing and documenting on my own, but mostly gave me the time and resources to do it.

depends on the family, some of the food was good. different tastes- lots of mayo and salt. and the family worked hard to have lunch at home for me even if they couldnt all be there-most days. asadas were great though. |

arica is limited, but personally met great people in santiago/valpo and southern chile and was invited to a pena and more! |
