Incredible experience full of community and love! Past Review

By (Mathematics, Statistics, Middlebury College) - abroad from 08/25/2014 to 11/14/2015 with

Sea Education Association: Sustainability in Pacific Island Communities and Ecosystems

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
The only reason why I wouldn't do it again is because I get seasick. I learned how to sail, take initiative, and live on my own. Very worthwhile, though it made it really difficult to come back to Middlebury.

The Avid Adventurer
The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
