What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I got to learn about the Italian culture, within the Italian culture. It really brought the lectures to life. Also, I loved the site visits to Rome, Capri, Naples, Pompeii, etc. Everything that I learned in high school was visible and I was able to really understand everything that I was learning in class. I also loved how safe Sorrento was, I did not feel afraid walking home late at night.
