Jordan and Alessandra were amazing. They went above and beyond expectations and took away much of the stress that comes with being in another country.

* Housing:

Beautiful apartment with a large balcony

* Food:

Amazing food everywhere

* Social & Cultural Integration:

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

My friend had an emergency and SAI came and picked her up from her place and took her to the hospital. She even spent time with her in the hospital so she wouldn't be alone and brought her clothes and snacks. Healthcare was just as good or better than what we are used to.

* Safety:

It is like any big city in the US, safe but watch out for pick pockets

SAI was amazing. They took us on trips that were included in the cost that were amazing and made my experience even better

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Reasons For Studying Abroad

To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you.
The Nearly Native or Trail Blazer
Craving the most authentic experience possible, perhaps you lived with a host family or really got in good with the locals. You may have felt confined by your program requirements and group excursions. Instead, you'd have preferred to plan your own trips, even skipping class to conduct your own 'field work.'
