What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Yes, my main goal was to improve my Spanish. I became more independent and street-smart. It was definitely worthwhile. I will go back one day.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?

  • Time with other PRESHCO students on excursions, etc.
  • Speaking Spanish all day
* What could be improved?
  • Communication between administration and students
  • There shouldn't be excursions on long weekends
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? It was going to be super hard to adjust to the eating schedule and sheer quantity of food at 2:30pm. Bare feet are considered rude. I wish I had known more about past PRESHCO students' experiences with UCO classes.
