What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Yes, I a lot more about myself as a person and was able to come back to host institution refreshed and eager to experience to world in a new, more daring way.

I think the academics were just right. It allowed the perfect balance of work and play.

The PRESHCO administration was extremely helpful and supportive. They treated us as if we were their own children.

Yes, I am a vegetarian and though it was strange to them, my host mother in Cordoba was very accommodating of this.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

PRESHCO offered a 1-week excursion to Morocco. This trip was amazing and very well planned.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Cordoba was very safe and inviting.

My only advice would be to speak the language as much as possible and to welcome correction from native speakers.

  • I was very happy and I had very little to worry about because I had a lot of support from my host and home institution

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I truly believe that everyone, if they have to opportunity, should study abroad because it is a great way to learn what you are capable of. Studying abroad pushes you to your limit and exposes you to great possiblities.
