What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It was absolutely worthwhile. I learned SO much about Chilean culture, latin american geography, I climbed volcanoes and glaciers, learned a lot about the Chilean wine industry, improved my spanish, and experienced earthquakes!

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • The independence it brought, I could really use my time how I wanted to
  • Santiago! Lovely art, people, transportation, and plenty to do outside of the city
* What could be improved?
  • Tips on housing. Maybe more contact with host school while abroad.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? My housing was a bit far away from the city central, if I could do it again, I would live closer to down town.
